Ben Ligan is a marketing graduate of The Ohio State University, currently working in compliance and financial planning support in Charlotte, NC. Health and fitness are a genuine part of how he lives — not a credential or a business.

This site is where he writes about what he is actually doing: hot yoga, strength training, endurance running, and the habits that make all of it sustainable long-term. The approach to fitness mirrors the approach to everything else — consistency, preparation, and steady progress over shortcuts.

Ben is currently training for the Charleston Half Marathon. He competed on the Ohio State Men’s Club Volleyball team for four years, contributing to two national runner-up finishes, and served as treasurer for Buckeye Buddies, a student organization supporting young people with developmental disabilities.
